IQNA – Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi deplored the continuation of the genocidal war on the Gaza Strip.

Iranian president, prime minister of Niger meet in Tehran

 

Speaking in a meeting with the visiting prime minister of Niger, the president said the current situation in Gaza reveals the true colors of the countries that falsely claim

He referred to the dark record of the US and other Western countries in plundering the wealth and resources of nations and said these countries have proven to attach no importance to lives of people and only pay lip service to human rights in order to advance their own interests.

The Iranian president also referred to the relations between Iran and Niger and said there are no obstacles to the development of the ties.

Ali Lamine Zeine, the prime minister of Niger, for his part, underlined the important role and status of the Islamic Republic of Iran in regional and international equations.

He also referred to common religious foundations of Iran and Niger, and said his country considers the Islamic Republic as a reliable and trusted partner.

The Israeli regime’s attacks on the Gaza Strip that began on October 7 have killed nearly 26,000 people, predominantly women and children, and injured over 62,000 others.
